  • Perishable products such as loose-leaf teas, tea bags, and gummies are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Approved returns can be processed for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability at the time the return is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our team.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Discounted, promotional, opened, or used items are not returnable.
